Crawling into Bed With Sterling Bronson

Crawling Into Bed With

Sterling Bronson
And a Good Book

*crawls across bed* Interesting place you have here. Important things first, are these sheets silk or cotton?
Silk, of course.

Of course. I knew that. I could tell by the texture...Sorry. Rambling again. What are you wearing?
 A dark blue satin bathrobe.

*smiles* And looking very charming in it at that. What are we snacking on in bed while we read tonight?
I don't snack. I've brought us some Reisling.

*quirks brow* Don't snack? Well, okay. I'm sure I have some crackers in the car. IS that crystal? Nice. If I open this nightstand drawer, what will I find?
Some things that may perhaps frighten you a bit at first, but I'm certain you'll come to appreciate the possibilities to be found in trying new things.

*eyes wide* Oh my...I've seen the inside of a lot of drawers in the last few months, but...that is quite a unique collection. *drags gaze away form drawer* Do you roll up in the blankets like a burrito, or kick the covers off during the night?
 It depends on the sheets.

Naturally. Can I put my cold feet on your calves to warm them up?
Can I put my hands over your mouth to warm them up?

That's a new kink for me, but...I did mention that I left a note teling Havan where I woudl be tonight, right? Oh good. Just thought it might be prudent to ahhh...*trails into silence* So. What are we reading?
Beautiful Monster by Jared S. Anderson and Mimi A. Williams. It's a ride, sweet thing. You'll love it.

Beautiful Monster is now available in eBook and paperback editions at Damnation Books: http://www.damnationbooks.com/book.php?isbn=9781615727742

EXCERPT

"Right now, she was all instinct, an animal, and the only thing that mattered to her was the next breath, and not even God could give that to her.  Only I could.

Yes, even her guardian angels sat idly by and watched her extinguish, undignified.  Only I was capable of saving her now, and that, as far as anyone could argue, may have made me worse than all the devils and the demons, but it also, more accurately, made me better than all the angels and gods.
