SINFUL SIRENS BLOG HOP
Blog hop runs from 12:01 AM May15th through to 11:59 PM May 20th, 2012.

Are you a Sinful Siren?

Sinfully Scorching Reads?

Oh yes...I've got some suggestions for you...

Try this one:
The son of a wealthy business man, Mark Addison is an expert at chess and hiding. Mason Grant labors with his hands in a menial position; he's open about who he is and what he wants in ways that terrify Mark. Their paths shouldn't have crossed, but now that they have...
They came from different backgrounds, yet each adheres to his own version of family duty and responsibility. One would make any sacrifice for his family's well being. For Mason Grant that means leaving school at sixteen and working hard while living as a man of integrity to set an example for his brothers.
The other would sacrifice anything to keep his family life calm. If that means hiding who he really is from his high society, narrow-minded parents, then that's what Mark Addison will do. He just wants to run his shop, host a few tournaments, play a few games of chess.
When Mason meets fussy, precise chess tournament director Mark, he isn't expecting much more than a few hours of uncomfortable sleep in his car while his brother plays.
One disdainful look from Mark changes that.
Some sparks are flying in this one...

So- on to the important part, huh?

  6. Howdy, Lee!

    My email address: shelley_runyon@yahoo.com

My favorite mythical creature: That's a harder creature, I love so many. If I wanted to be cynical, I'd say it's the one named Love, that elusive creature of song and fable, fickle harbinger of joy and sorrow. But let's stick with vampires, although I love my Max dearly (gay werewolf lol) and all my mythical creatures.

I think the singer and the song that could lure me to my doom would be Alessandro Safina and Luna - the most beautiful song I've ever heard.

Your book sounds awesome, Lee, best of luck!

There are so many mythical creatures that are awesome but I guess I would choose Unicorns as my favorite :)

A Siren's weapon is their singing voice. Matt Bellamy from the band Muse could lure me to my death with his voice.

  9. Oh Lee, good ones! twebb7813@aol.com

I would go with shifters as my favorite mythological creature.

Ah the weapon of choice for sirens is their voice and song, and the one that could lure me away is Elvis singing Love Me Tender or Are You Lonesome Tonight to me, or the lead singer of Boyce Avenue, Alejandro, singing Fix You.

    Grrr

  11. I love wood nymphs. I find them playful yet also nurturing their dwelling and the forest around them. Very environmentally safe. :-P

Weapon of choice-Josh Groban singing Alejete. Spanish love/heartbreak song that is gorgeous in spanish.

Are there any male naiads in Greek mythology? I guess they'd be river gods. One of those, please. :-)

Sirens use their song as a lure...I love harmonies, so I'd need two or more male sirens singing together. The Posies singing "Apology," or Sloan doing "The Answer Was You"--I'd be helpless.

  15. I do not really have a favorite myth or mythical creature. I like them all, but I'll say shifters to answer the question.

As to alluring siren, I've always liked Bryan Adams' voice.

I have to say that I loved your Keeping House story. I look forward to reading more of your books.

  16. My Favorite Mythical being I think is Griffin. Some of the pictures I've seen and the folklore that I have read, depict them at majestic guardians of treasure and priceless possessions.
These majestic creatures protect that which most hold dear form any thief of intruder.. I love that.
Heh, I would choose them or Unicorns. ;) lol...

Sirens use songs/their voice to lure people into an entrancing death. I think, Matthew Bellamy(lead singer of the band Muse) could lure me to my death. lol... there is this song "Undisclosed Desires" that is just so entrancing... mm~ His sexy melodic voice... I would gladly fall into his trap. ;)
(ooh! If you can I would so tell you to take a listen.. It's seriously so... ahh~ beautiful. lol)

  17. Hmm...I like faires (the fey, not the nice Tinkerbell type). Sirens of legend sang men to death - they crashed their ships or jumped overboard & were drowned. I could listen to Josh Groban sing the phone book & still enjoy it.

  18. I love the countdown clocks for your next books - cathiev1234@hotmail.com

My favorite mythical creature would be Pegasus. Every girl loves horses, but add wings to fly throughout the world...I am so there!

George Michael & Elton John sang "Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me" together and it made me cry...I don't follow bands around the country, but Itunes gets rich off my downloads. Currently Phillip Phillips is my favorite download, along with Adam Lambert, Christina Perri, Haley Reinhart, Josh Krajick, Nickelback, the Rescues and the Script. I guess I am easy prey for Sirens.

  19. I guess my favorite mythical creature would be vampires.
As to the sirens questions, they lure people with their songs. One guy whose voice I love is James Hetfield from the band Metallica, his voice is a little rough but sexy.

  20. My favorite Mythical Being....Hmmmm that is difficult for me because I Love all Genres of Erotic Paranormal/Fantasy, especially M/M Paranormal Erotic Romance (I guess my name gives that away PaParanormalFan LOL)....Vampires, Dhampirs, Werewolves, Shape-Shifters, Dragons, Demons, Gargoyles, Incubus, Succubus, Mermen, Sirens, Satyr, Elves, Faeries, Witches, Warlocks, Ghosts, Zombies....but if I stay strictly Mythical...It's still difficult to pick just one, but I'd say Dragon Shifters, Mermen, Satyr & Incubus.

Bonus Entry- Tell You the Sirens weapon of choice in their destruction:
Answer: The Sirens were dangerous creatures, portrayed as Femme Fatales who lured nearby Sailors with their enchanting music and voices to shipwreck on the rocky coast of their island.

Bonus Entry- Tell You the Singer who could lure you to your death with the power of song.
Luther Vandross has ALWAYS done it for me, God Rest His Beautiful Soul!

I would very much appreciate the opportunity to be considered in your very generous giveaway for a chance to win a $25 i-Tunes gift card.
Thank You for participating in the SINFUL SIRENS BLOG HOP.
